From Bristol towards Yate on the A432
Just past the 'Swan at Nibley' on your left, go straight across roundabout.Take next turning left at traffic lights onto Stover Road. (Large construction work currently taking place at this junction.) Cross a small river in the dip. Beech House is on your left at the end of the chestnut trees.
From Bristol towards Yate on B4058
Stay on this road until you have passed Iron Acton which was on you right. Then, just past the garage on your right you will come to a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit onto Yate Road (having ignored the Yate Road sign which you saw moments earlier!) Just over the railway bridge Beech House is on your right.
From A46 towards Bristol on the A432
Drive straight through Yate until you see the railway station. Go through the traffic lights then turn right at the next set onto Stover Road (Large construction work currently taking place at this junction). Cross a small river in the dip. Beech House is on your left at the end of the chestnut trees.
Turn into the lane adjacent to the front double gates for access to parking
